Workers are paid competitive hourly rates that vary by support type, time of day, and day of the week. All rates include penalty rates as required under the SCHADS Award.

How pay works
Complete a shift
When you finish a support session, log your hours directly through the app. Your client confirms the timesheet so everything is accurate.

Get paid weekly
Pay is deposited into your bank account every week. You can track your earnings, upcoming shifts, and pay history in the app.
