Click "Get Started", select "Participant", fill in your details including your NDIS number, and verify your email. Once registered, complete your profile and submit it for review.

Register as a "Support Worker", complete your profile with qualifications and screening details, and submit for review. Once approved, you can set your availability and start receiving booking requests.

All support workers undergo NDIS Worker Screening Checks. We verify their screening status, certifications, and qualifications before they can accept bookings on our platform.

You can cancel a booking through your dashboard. Please note that cancellations close to the scheduled time may be subject to our cancellation policy.
