Where it all began
In 2015, siblings Jordan and Laura O'Reilly set out to solve a problem they knew all too well. Growing up with a brother with disability, they saw firsthand how the traditional support system failed to offer genuine choice. They believed technology could change that.
Our journey
The beginning
Founded from a living room in Sydney, driven by the belief that people with disability deserve real choice and control over their support.
First 100 workers
The platform reaches its first 100 support workers across Sydney, proving the model works.
NDIS registered provider
Becoming a registered NDIS provider, unlocking access for thousands of participants across New South Wales.
National expansion
Expanding beyond Sydney to Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. The community grows to 5,000 workers and 3,000 clients.
$10M in support delivered
A milestone year: $10 million in support sessions delivered, with a growing reputation for quality and transparency.
COVID-19 response
Rapid adaptation to keep vulnerable Australians safe. Introduction of telehealth support and contactless sessions.
20,000 workers strong
The worker community passes 20,000 as the platform becomes one of Australia's largest online disability support platforms.
Aged care launch
Expanding into aged care, bringing the same model of choice and control to older Australians.
Innovation & impact
Launch of smart matching technology, real-time availability, and enhanced safety features. Over $100M in total support delivered.
Community milestones
50,000 clients supported. Recognition as a leading social enterprise. New partnerships with state and federal governments.
